“Mark’s Appliance is great to work with. The GE Profile washer we chose on the other hand is horrible. We are not happy with the washer at all, which is not Mark’s Appliance’s fault. The pre-set settings are not right, and at first all our loads were coming out with like white powder stains on everything, & we don’t use powder…we use Tide Pods. There was never enough water in the loads to properly wash the clothes. After experimenting with different settings, I now use the white cycle only & use deep fill and choose my water temp, soil level, spin speed, etc. You have to load very carefully or the washer goes off balance. Never experienced any of these issues with any other washers we’ve had. Things are coming out okay now, but it’s a pain to have to reset all the buttons for each load.”
