“I ordered a replacement top for my 30oz tumbler purchased several years ago after my cup fell off a table and the original top broke. I am so disappointed that the replacement is not the same quality as the original. It’s not even the same size. The new one is shorter and it doesn’t have the Mary Square logo on it. I tried to put part of my original top on the new one but it’s too tall. I feel so cheated! The original top was clear and that wasn’t even an option when ordering a replacement. The new straw is also not the same quality.”
“I purchased 2 Mary Square Charlotte pj sets in December of 2023. I liked them so much that I purchased 2 more Charlotte ‘Deck the Halls’ this November 2024. They feel the same softeness but they were about 3-4 inches shorter than what I bought in 2023. They looked awful! I was going to give them as gifts to my daughters. I’m so glad I tried them on before I took them to Germany. They were returned right away. I’m 5’8” and they were awfully short. And I had to eat the return shipping on something that should be the same as the last time I bought them. Also, this company doesn’t ship to an Army APO. That is a huge disappointment since shipping isn’t any different than mailing in the USA. Don’t buy these if you are taller than 5’6””

They changed the item coloration but did not disclose it. The tags have the same item info, so I did not receive the wrong item, it is different than what’s advertised on the website photos.”
