“The fabric and print are great. I ordered an XL according to the size chart. It states a 27" inseam. This pair has a 28" inseam. I don't want to pay to have them hemmed so I'll just donate hem to charity. Disappointing”

This review is about the "dog mom" sweatshirt that I purchased in size large. It's a cute sweatshirt, but the large is seriously like a 2xl size. It's humongous! I'd gotten a a gift for a friend, and I had to tell her to use it as a blanket sweatshirt this winter, because it's too large to wear out places.”

I have purchased four pairs of pajamas. In my last order, I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same pajamas in the same size. They were on sale. I reached out to customer service and was told their return policy on final sale was that I couldn’t even exchange for a different size or style.
My mistake. But I won’t be buying any more.”
“Website said glasses are dishwasher safe, but when the cocktail glasses arrived, they all had a sticker that said hand wash only. Also bought monogrammed wood board with pen/marker stain on it I'm the shape of an oval.”

“I order A LOT online. I have not been inside a store in Years. I even order groceries online. When Kari Clark on TikTok recommended you. I thought the PJ's she had on were cotton. Not any other material. They looked thin and comfortable. I got on the site and ordered. First off the quantity on your website gave me 2 pair. Only wanted 1. The material is supposed to be satin, but it unravels around the buttons and front in one wear. I wore them once and they feel like cheap polyester material. They are hot and are not breathable material. I did get one pair free. Now I have 2 pair of pajamas I will never wear. Everything sold on tiktok i awful. I will never make another purchase from a that site. Amazon is the only place I trust. I did get great customer service from Kelsey, but that does not help the fact that I was the idiot who purchased a pair of pj's for $80. Thank you for teaching me that all things sold on tictok are garbage.”
