But keeping more than one third of the item cost is a bit excessive. I most likely will not shop here again nor recommend your site to anyone.”

After another week, I reached out to customer service again to be told they would look into it and get back with me shortly. Have yet to hear back from them. Called the customer service number and recording said to leave name and number. Very disappointed and have yet to have package delivered but you can bet my bank account was tapped on the very day the order was placed. Is it possible to talk to a human at this company?”

“The new coffee mugs are "hand wash only" but it should say "warm water only." They are absolutely awful, the designs come off with just hot water!! It's sad because me and my family use to love Mary Square coffee mugs now we steer clear of Mary Square! I hope you know that going the cheaper route to make your product will quickly ruin your reputation and will continually diminish repeat customers!”

“I ordered 3 pairs of Martini Time | Charlotte Satin Pants Set pajamas for a special trip for myself, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law. I was so excited when I received them - I loved the fabric, print, and the feel. We all were excited - until we tried them on.
Not one of us could have been more disappointed. All of us are physically trim; none overweight. Yet the bottoms fit us like cheap stretch pants! - completely undersized. And the pants drawstring was a skimpy little string ... We had hoped for luxury befitting the occasion. NOT!! I would have returned all immediately except we unpacked them for the first time at a mountain resort and had no choice but to wear them ... In the end: cheap and ill-fitting, a waste of money. Consequently, I can NOT recommend Mary Square. Luxury price. Cheap product.”
