The Miridia staff has always been prompt and proficient in their responses. I have never been left hanging, even if I was with a client when I experienced a problem. Love my acugraph, Jade Vitality unit and Point O Selects. Use at least one of these modalities with almost every client.

I have been using the shoulder wrap for about a month. Product arrived quickly and packaged well for shipping My shoulder and neck mobility have improved 100 percent. I feel relaxed and sleeping soundly

Jennie sent email and offered me a replacement neck wrap and followed up until the entire transaction was totally completed. Not only was she efficient and helpful but very kind. Her efforts are very much appreciated

The Photizo device has really helped the pain in my shoulder , it’s especially expensive unfortunately for Canadians with all the fees coming across the boarder but it’s been worth it for me. The company was very good to get it to me promptly. Thank you. Beth Y

Fast communication, understanding and helpfull when i had a problem with my laserpen. Even with the eurapean time diference and probably some mistakes with my use of the english language , execellent service !! Especially big thanks you for Jenny she solved the problem perfectly!!!

I’ve been apart of the Miridia Family for a decade, and I mean family. They are such kind and considerate people. Whenever I need help it’s so quick and helpful. I’ve attended two of their symposiums and it felt like a reunion. My practice could not be where it is without Acugraph. Still to this day after 40,000 graphs it still blows me away with its accuracy and my patients still look forward to their graphs every visit. Thank you team…you are doing incredible work.
