I don’t use yet, I have got just before, though. But the case was broken. I can’t carry them. That is very pity.

I ordered my Qi laser on a Sunday, and received it on Friday of the same week in Canada. Merididia makes it very simple to purchase online. They followed up immediately with the customs info on shipping to Canada for me. They have always been prompt with any live inquiry or problem that I may be experiencing. Everyone is part of a team to make your experience a good one. The personal help I received while learning my Acugraph was amazing. In this day and age, it is rare to see this level of genuine caring about you and your experience and customer satisfaction.

Super fast shipping. We are so far very pleased with the product. The only issue is that we purchased and extended warranty and that wasn't reflected in our packing list receipt.

Aimee, Thanks for reaching out to us about the difference in pads. It looks like our customer service manager, Jenni, was able to reimburse you $20 to cover the pads that you bought elsewhere. The manufacturer of CES was forced to offer square pads for a time due to supply chain issues, which should perform clinically in the same way as the round pads. The round pads will be restored to future orders as soon as the supply chain difficulties are resolved.

I am very thankful to the technical team at Miridia Technology for all the help and support I have been getting throughout all the years I have been their customer. They have been very patient and always willing to help me fix any issues I may have had. Thank you all for your wonderful help! I just bought the CES Ultra and I am confident that I will be as satisfied with it as I have been with all the other products I have purchased from them, which are many. I've ordered Vetcare and Pain Relief, both delivery very fast. Both machines are work very well, especially the pain relief for my Mom. It can reduce much pain on her knees and lower back. Worth to buy!
