“We had a ohme charger fitted in November ready for my new car. Car arrived 2 weeks ago. It worked once and now will not power up after it kept tripping out. Phone mr charger explained that I have a disabled wife and now can not charge the car to get her about. They said we will come next Friday which a week away. Then get an email once they had closed saying that they can’t come on Friday and now can’t come until the 11th maybe. Shocking service.”

“I have installed charger in november, from the day of installation i have been facing issues with the power tripping. i have contacted the team they have adviced me that there will be a team wo will contact me to get this resolved. but till date no one got back to me and i have to remind them every 2 weeks about this. due to this issue i have to charge my car at super charging stations which is expensive. not at all satified with the service.”

“Great service from start to finish. Karl contacted me promptly after i made an enquiry and managed to slot me in with an installation on my required date. He also price matched a lower price i was offered elsewhere. The installation engineer did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. Explained everything clearly and completed the job on time.”

“Just had an Ohme Pro installed at home. Our installer was so accommodating to both my wife and I working from making sure drilling and power outages were around our Zoom meeting as we work from home. The install is very neat and tidy. Everything was explained and shown how it was all put together. The quoting and booking system was lengthy but very detailed so that the installation wad fully specd out and no issues arose. Highly recommend Mr Charger to anyone.”

“It was a bit difficult to book the service as they kept trying to add extra costs at the installation and on the day of the service they showed up without the charger. They had to go back to their office to pick it up and come back to install it.”

“They were recommended as installers by the manager of the Tesla store as they did his installation. Communication with Mr Charger was excellent and always quick. Follo-up was excellent and they have provided additional support when I needed it after getting some confusing advice from Tesla Customer Services. I have already recommended them to a colleague who needs a charger installation as well.”

“First time installation. Required UKPN fuse upgrade beforehand but process and instructions provided around this was clear and easy to follow. Engineer on installation day (Scott) was happy to discuss preferences around where to put holes and cables etc, which I appreciated. The Ohme unit we had installed is near and tidy and is functioning well so far. Good experience throughout.”
