“Guys were great, tidy and explained everything clearly. Unfortunatley the unit has never worked or charged my EV so am awaiting an appointment/call from Mr Charger to come and swap thefaulty Ohme home pro”

“Efficient email contact requesting photos of FuseBox, Electric meter cabling, earthed Gas & Water facilities, proposed calling run and location of Tesla Wall charger. Also highlighted that my home mains fuse of 80Amps needed upgrading to 100Amps by UK Power Networks (free of charge) and provided URL to their Request website. Unfortunately UK Power Networks couldn’t upgrade fuse for >3 weeks so the Wall charger was installed but only to deliver 2.4kW charging. Once the home fuse was upgraded to 100Amp, Mr Charger visited again to uprate the Tesla Wall charger to 7kW charging”

“Very pleased with the Zappi, after a bit of figuring out I have it working now so it uses solar power during the day and using the Zappi instead of the car charging scheduled boost it works at night on the off peak rate when needed. The installer Tony was very friendly and able to sort out an issue encountered with the initial installation quickly.”
