“I requested a quote for installing an ev charger for my Tesla and they sended me a questionary that I fill up and never again heard about them, I email someone named Martin Wells asking if they are interested in installing my ev charger and never get a reply, worst costumer service ever...”

“We had a ohme charger fitted in November ready for my new car. Car arrived 2 weeks ago. It worked once and now will not power up after it kept tripping out. Phone mr charger explained that I have a disabled wife and now can not charge the car to get her about. They said we will come next Friday which a week away. Then get an email once they had closed saying that they can’t come on Friday and now can’t come until the 11th maybe. Shocking service.”

“I have installed charger in november, from the day of installation i have been facing issues with the power tripping. i have contacted the team they have adviced me that there will be a team wo will contact me to get this resolved. but till date no one got back to me and i have to remind them every 2 weeks about this. due to this issue i have to charge my car at super charging stations which is expensive. not at all satified with the service.”

“I had my chargers fitted by these months ago. They couldn’t sort out load balancing and blamed Tesla. I have written to them several times asking for confirmation that the chargers are safe and they will not respond. Avoid like the plague. They seem like lovely people until they have your money.”
