“My item was stolen from outside my house because of Hermes's incompetence.Instead of sorting the issue out with them and after several emails you decided to blackball me from ordering from you again.Bearing in mind I have purchased several items from yourselves in the past without any issues.I'd also like to point out that I had a box from another vendor stolen at the same time.Unlike yourselves he chose to resend the items again.Even though he expressed,as you did,his frustration with Hermes's claim process.”

“Placed an order with my car cleaning after contacting them for advice on short triggers and a snow foam lance. I followed their recommendations and it was delivered the next day. I've used the trigger and lance a couple of times now and they are great. I would highly recommend purchasing from my car cleaning and I will certainly be doing so in the future.”

“Excellent, the people were extremely helpful, and even corrected my order after a mistake by myself for the wrong connection on a part. Customer service was brilliant, so good to see, answered all my questions and loads of good advice, can't recommend these guys enough and l don't recommend many. Good old fashion service and a good choice of products to match.”
