“just now New Used them for a First order it arrived damaged, not very fast to deal with the issue then when I did get a response it was always very late at night, the item was to be sent back to for them to then send a new one out which was going to liss the deadline that I needed it for, I then offered for me to use/keep it but they offered 10% discount which equates to very little so now need to get a label printed off a family member to then go to a post office to send it back 👎rather annoying so won't be buying again”

“I ordered Carscope car nozzles as shown on their website with 1/4 MEG nozzle. What i have received was with MEG nozzle. There is a difference between 1/4 MEG and a MEG nozzle. The spray pattern between the two is different too. I am very disappointed because of this. They didn't do quality check before shipping the part. So, I emailed them with photos and requested them to ship just the 1/4 MEG tips. They asked me to return the items but will not pay return charges because it's not their policy. Carscope is also to blame for this fiasco because they sent the wrong part to Car Cleaning. Basically, I received the wrong part. I live in Canada and sending these back to the UK with a hefty postal fee is worthless. I thought of leaving a review here so that you will be cautious when you buy anything from this merchant.”

“Paid for 2-5 working days delivery. 10 working days later and still no product or update. Cant comment on quality of product as never received but would avoid at all costs”

“A review that I didn’t want to leave but feel like after the way they treat the customers especially after ordering consecutively from them. So placed an order over £100 worth of products and arrived yesterday to find the 5litre shampoo had leaked out all inside the box, I checked the seal on the lid and it looked like the product had been opened before I had even received it. Also the fact there was bits floating around inside the 5 litre shampoo. The customer service is really poor I emailed them with pictures explaining what had happened and my disappointment as it’s not the first time it’s happened, I have to say they don’t check and they said they can’t because of how many products they have but when I order from bigger businesses such as slims i have no problems with products leaking. Customer service is very very poor and they need to check what they’re sending is properly sealed. The manager was very rude over the phone to my girlfriend laughing down the phone as she tried to call them as emailing them is pointless.”

“Sent the wrong 2 items then when I called I spoke with a very unhelpful male who didn’t seem very interested I asked to speak to the manger who wasn’t available, when he did return my call he wasent very helpful either….in fact was quite cheeky I was told by the manager that as a was of apology I would receive some freebie’s I received 1 x 30ml bottle of car wash I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN”

“Stjarnagloss Dispenser Tap for 5L do not fit any 5L that you sell for car cleaning. I got 2 5L bottles from here and didn't fit on any plus I have about 7 different styles of bottles and doesn't fit on any.”

Hi Zac, the product description does state - Easy to use Dispenser tap which fit any 5L cartons by Stjarnagloss. The tap is for Stjarnagloss 5L only, if you would like to return the item we will happily accept a return :) Many Thanks!

“Ordered the pearl nano max wax spray and the pearl nano ceramic spray What turned up was a bottle of all in 1 compound so sprays, Tried calling and emailing bo answers very poor”

“My item was stolen from outside my house because of Hermes's incompetence.Instead of sorting the issue out with them and after several emails you decided to blackball me from ordering from you again.Bearing in mind I have purchased several items from yourselves in the past without any issues.I'd also like to point out that I had a box from another vendor stolen at the same time.Unlike yourselves he chose to resend the items again.Even though he expressed,as you did,his frustration with Hermes's claim process.”
