“Miss lead with buying a tap dispenser saying it would fit 5l bottles which they don't. 1 5l product came leaking as lid wasn't secured.”

“Good range of products and quick delivery but there was an over excess of packaging. Boxes in boxes, I get that it needs to be safe but the amount of cardboard and paper it contained filled our bin up. So anymore cardboard recycling we will have we will struggle to hold it till collection day. I ain’t a tree hugger but if you packaged it you will understand”

“Hi yeah brough a rupes machine from u was disappointed in the packaging of the rupes box with your tape around it felt like it was second hand even though it wasn’t call and complained and received a brown box with rupes tape on it nothing like the one I should have received it’s cost me a lot for that machine £350 I’ve worked hard to pay for that so I would just expect a better service as I use u all the time now thanks paul”

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to send us feedback on your order. Unfortunately the outer packaging box of the item you purchased wasn't 10/10, however the actual product being the machine was in perfect condition. The packaging box the Rupes machine comes in is to simply carry the product inside, we do agree the box was a little tatty but unfortunately this was how the box arrived to us via the RUPES supplier. To resolve the issue we did send you an extra RUPES brown box which was a stronger box than the original. Thank you for your order, hopefully we can get 5 stars on your next purchase!
