“It’s a miracle if a workman actually doesn’t miss an appointment to fix a repair and another miracle if a workman does not turn up late and another miracle if they tell you in advance if an appointment has been cancelled and another miracle if the workman that does turn up doesn’t complain about how badly treated they are by the company. NEVER MIND that the customer is losing hours of their life waiting around for an unreliable, untrustworthy appointment where most of the workmen on a recall appointment say they don’t know what the appointment is for even though it’s written in detail on the system and the operator has told me so.. This has happened several times.
Then if you put the complaint in writing within their system and press send— it comes back with an error and the whole thing is wiped so you can’t actually put it in writing.
An absolutely shambolic service.”
“Letting private builders coming in every night to knock out a whole kitchen in a new build and after complaining still happening. Do we not deserve respect and live in peace. All this should be done through the day.”

Clarion have said that they cant explain or breakdown the bill because of a cyber security breach. That is the worst explanation I have ever heard and hence they will not get any payments. “I questioned my service charges regarding pest control and fire protection which we do not have in my block and they have said the charges they charge me are correct. They found to mention my enquiry about door entry system, which I do not have which it was taken off my service charges years ago they are now charging me for Door entry which I do not have, they felt some mention this on my return letter I have been trying to sort this out for a couple of years now but they choose to ignore but we still get the charge. “My daughter bought a shared ownership, problems with new property from start! When she came to sell, it took 8 months, she found a first time buyer and no onward chain and they charged for everything! Robbers & time wasters, wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again!”

“Reported front guttering leaking on the 04.01.24. Phoned several times during the month of January saying its is causing water damage to my property.
Someone finally came round on the 05.02.24 to fix it, they did not, and made the problem worse.
In result i now have yellow stains all over my walls inside my flat.
This is the second time the response has been slow and the work carried out is incompetent.”

I have been a council/housing assoc tenant for 35 years and Swale heating are the worst by far
Do you realise that their appt system is (if they think they can get away with) 8 hours which in this day and age is ridiculous.
They cannot ring when they are on the way - this is obviously too difficult for them
All other businesses I have dealt with can do this - because of this I have to take holiday from my entitlement at work and this is such a waste

“Well all I can say about this Company is look in a mirror. Everyone on the estate got offered new kitchen no not us .They put a new bedroom window in omg it took 2men 3hours to do one window to which looks absolutely horrendous. When ever an engineer turns up they take photos then say someone will call you back to make an appointment or they don't have that part it' is all a load of rubbish. I'd rate them a zero.”

“By far the worst department of any sort I have had to deal with. 11 Months to try and sort a serious issue out. They email you, you reply immmediately, and it take another 2 weeks to get a response. Why would anyone actually want to work for such a useless company?”
“We have a Nonexisting housing officer sarah that don't Reply to you, visit you. Help you Never comes around blocked your emails because Clearly she's not educated enough to deal with any issue you may have and seems to forget the Tenants pay her wages. When you do Eventually get through to someone on phone after being on for hours and hours they are Absolutely useless and think they are better then you but really they just a number and a jobsworth. But I suppose they've got to justify their job by making things more Difficult. That really doesn't have to be. It's very hard to Have patience For a company that are not helpful and the staff are disrespectful and don't care just want to have an Argument with you and if they dont like what you say because you're Cleverer then them they put the phone down.. they really need to Invest in some training for the staff so they know how to speak to people and deal with issues Because that's THEIR JOB”

“Waiting a week for clarion to sort out my hot water element in the water tank and still hasn"t been fixed. Call them up and get cut off so recall and when you get through you get an incompetent idiot who keeps trying to tell me I have gas heating when I am all electric ! There is an old saying which applies to this organisation " You pay peanuts, you get monkeys ".”
