“I enjoy working as an online tutor becouse of the flexible scheduling that fits well around my other commitments. The ability to set my own hours allows me to maintain a good work-life balance. Additionally, when I faced an emergency, I received a paid advance, which was incredibly helpful and minimized my stress during a tough time. However, there is a downside. When a student cancels a session, tutors receive almost no fee for the time reserved. This can be frustrating, especially when you have cleared your schedule to accommodate that session. One of my students needed help with understanding complex concepts in chemistry. Assisting them and seeing them progress was rewarding. The platform provides a conducive environment for both students and tutors to thrive.”

“At MEB, the tutoring experince is ganerally positive. The students are eager to learn, and the flexibility of working from home is a definite plus. However, tutors aren't given sufficient information about students' learning goals or progress, making it hard to customize lessons. In my last company, the platform was clunky and wasted time, and while MEB avoids that with WhatsApp, a proper cloud-based system would streamline things even more. Some automation would really up the game here. Overall, MEB offers a solid tutoring gig, but improvement in information sharing and tech infrastructure would make it even better.”

“Working with this company has been a remarkable experience. They treat tutors with respect, ensuring that everyone feels valued. The payment is quite good, though I can't disclose the exact amount. One of the best aspects is that we rarely receive bogus inquiries that waste our time. However, there are some challenges. The workload can be inconsistent, sometimes it's overwhelming, and at other times, it's nearly nonexistent. Additionally, sessions can be overbooked, leading to back-to-back classes with no breaks. The team expects us to stretch and avoid cancellations or postponements whenever possible. Overall, the environment is professional and rewarding, but it does require flexibility and endurance from the tutors.”
