At MEB, the tutoring experince is ganerally positive. The students are eager to learn, and the flexibility of working from home is a definite plus. However, tutors aren't given sufficient information about students' learning goals or progress, making it hard to customize lessons. In my last company, the platform was clunky and wasted time, and while MEB avoids that with WhatsApp, a proper cloud-based system would streamline things even more. Some automation would really up the game here. Overall, MEB offers a solid tutoring gig, but improvement in information sharing and tech infrastructure would make it even better.
