“I recently placed an order for dog food from Mypetwarehouse. Despite me being in all day with a bad back, the courier sent me an email advising that he/she had missed me. I queried this, and the courier emailed me a picture of a random door - not mine. I emailed Mypetwarehouse and was given immediate assistance. I cannot fault their delivery times, or customer service.”
