I ordered Terra felis wet cat food, I opened the can and it was full of green mold I opened a second can to be sure that they all contain mold the second can was even worse. I emailed my pets warehouse and they said to give the cans back so they could refund please do not buy the Terra felis wet foods for your cats safety as they can try to sell the affected cans

Unfortunately there's a backlog of parcels that have been delayed which DPD Aberdeen are working through, they are working as fast as possible to clear the backlog and get things back on track. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Having checked the tracking this morning your order is due for delivery today. We will also issue a refund for the delivery charge on the order. I was disappointed to find that the delivery was not brought to the house but taken to the local co-op. There was someone in all day and anyway the usual arrangement is for the parcel to be left on the side entrance steps.

I did not receive my order. I had extremely poor service from the courier, DPD, who did not tell the truth about attempting to deliver my parcel. I did not get a reply to my email from pet warehouse and the company chat was extremely unhelpful and they did not reply to my request.

The delivery service was terible. DPD kept cancelling and resheduling at the last moment, you need to use an alternative service. Regards gary Buckley

Terrible customer service! Not what I would expect from an established company. My box arrived open & inside the bed was dirty and had a hole in it. They packaged a massive box it with one piece of tape hence probably why it was flapping open & damaged. I sent a nice email and didn't even get an apology. Was told they send loads of veds out and never have any trouble. Have asked to speak with the manger instead. Really terrible.

This review is for a product from the My Petwarehouse and not the site itself. The product from tribal wet food chicken made my dog so violently ill. Have to take her to the vet . Went online to read if others had any issues. And yes, this company seems to be one to be totally AVOIDED. Foreign companies not to be trusted nowadays. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for your feedback. DPD attempted delivery of your parcel to the address on the order and the delivery was refused. The parcel has since been returned and a refund issued. Did you contact us first to ask where your parcel was before leaving a review? Thanks, My Pet Warehouse UK

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Parcel didnt arrive, DPD link didn't tell when it was arriving, then gave a second date when I asked for it to be put in a secure place and didn't arrive the second time. No way of contacting the company on a weekend or DPD to find outn where the parcel was. Ordered this as an emergency as was ill and housebound. Would not recommend at all

My last order had 6 items missing, telephoned your company, they said they would look into the issue and refund missing items. Have not had any refund and no one has been in contact will not use your company again if this is how you treat customers.

Thank you for your review. We once again apologise for the missing items from your order, the refund was issued whilst you spoke to our team on the phone. We've double checked this morning and a refund was issued on the 4th of December. So it may be worth contacting your bank first to check before leaving one star reviews as we've clearly refunded the money already. We wish you well in you search for a new supplier. I still don't have my order. DPD tried to deliver while I was out and did not leave it at the door or with a neighbour as requested. I keep getting messages telling me to pick it up a car ride away. I don't have a ca and the parcel will be too heavy for me to carry. I have contacted DPD and My Pet Warehouse and neither is getting back to me. I either want it to be re-delivered or a refund and all I get is automatic messages telling me to go and pick it up myself. Not happy!

My Pet Warehouse advised that our delivery would be made by Jaswinder between 1643 and 1743 on Friday the 11th of October. My daughter was working by the front door and looking out for Jaswinder. My neighbour was at home as well. The deilvery did not arrive and I received an email at 1748 to say the driver had "missed us". He had clearly never come anywhere near the address. I hope to arrange to buy Eden dog food from another supplier

I was disappointed to see that the contents of the MORE dog food (lamb) seemed to have gone mouldy - many of the biscuits had turned colour and were white-ish? I have never experienced this before. I don’t know if this was a one off - but it was a bad batch.

Hi Joan, Thank you for your review. Your order was dispatched on Tuesday the 30th of July and was delivered to a DPD Pick Up Shop as you requested on the 30th of July. It's been ready to collect at the requested DPD Pick Up Shop since the 31st of July. Perhaps if you'd have contacted us sooner via phone or email we could have confirmed this sooner. We're sorry you felt our customer service was rude and horrible, we've looked into this and it seems that you're unhappy because your parcel was delivered and left safe as per your request but since your parcel has gone missing. As per our and DPD's terms and conditions you the customer take liability for the parcel once it has been delivered in a safe place. Which we explained to you and can be found in our terms and conditions. We also checked with DPD and they confirmed your parcel was delivered to the correct address. After this you then sent inappropriate messages to our customer service team which is unacceptable. Thanks, My Pet Warehouse UK

Bought a 2 pack of orijen 11.4Kg, one bag arrived with a huge whole in, when contacting them to resolve the situation they said it must have been me when opening the box and advised me to dispute the payment with my bank.

First time ordering from My Pet Warehouse and encountered an issue with the dog food delivered. I emailed, enclosing photos, asking for someone to look into it & get back to me, and no response. After spending over £70 on one bag of dog food, I would expect better customer service. Going back to my previous supplier - saving a few £ was NOT worth it.
