The order took longer than I expected to arrive but no oribs as wasn't run out. I wont order again as this company use DPD . I was given a time slot. The driver did not attempt to deliver despite saying he had and despite there being a notice on porch door to request orders are left inside if no one home

Purchased this dog food for the first time. Not sure why they tried to deliver to a drop off shop 30min drive away. Then delivered to our home address the following day. Prob a courier issue rather than Pet Warehouse. But still needs addressing

The package was dented and so the dog food containers were also dented/pushed in.

I used to be happy with the Eden dog food ! I ordered semi dry food and it wasn’t semi it is dry and the lady wasn’t helpful in my case ,

I ordered treats and catnip toys for our cats for their birthday. When I was looking at the catnip sardines, I was certain two colours came up turquoise and pink, however the two the same colour the former. I queried this but apparently they don't do pink, but I'm sure it came up!! They said I must have got confused with another website! I only looked at their website so inference is I'm stupid which I'm not and is offensive. Poor service, thank you.

No problems with ordering the food or with delivery however if you have a question or wish to return an item there is no response from emails!

Delivered on time but the 12kg bag was split inside the cardboard box.

Pet Warehouse customer service is exceptional. However, the shipping agent (dpd) continue to let them down.

Hi Sue, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We sorry to hear you're unhappy with the delivery charge, the delivery service we offer is a fully tracked next day delivery with an hour timeslot provided on the morning of delivery by DPD. Our delivery charge is clearly advertised on the basket page and on our delivery information page so if customers are unhappy with the delivery charge they don't have to proceed and place an order. So, while the delivery was relatively quick and my order arrived in perfect condition, one annoyance was that you cannot get any savings from buying the product in bulk.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to Bank Holiday Weekend, DPD don't collect on either Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday hence why your order was delayed.

I was very happy with the service, however, My original account and my loyalty points have disappeared for some reason. I had to start again from scratch. The loyalty point are something that I rely upon and save up to help me afford to buy more.

Box was well packaged but the actual dog food packs within the wrapping were all crushed. This is definitely something that occurred in the warehouse pre-packing. Just be mindful! Otherwise, speedy delivery.

No problem with the goods however DPD was useless on the last order. Made no attempt to deliver to our house, left a card on the pavement outside even though everybody was in at the allotted delivery hour. Then made a complete error in where to pick up the parcel from and were impossible to contact. Could that be passed on to DPD please?

Products are comparably priced with other retsilers but having tried go contact the company by both email and phone (recorded message left on the answer machine) to make decisive enquiries on a product it is disappointing not to hear back from them. Why offer the facility? Leaves one sceptical as to whether customers do matter.

Been ordering my dog food for over 3 years with no problems whatsoever until my last order!! Instead of leaving with a neighbour like they’ve done many times before took it to a drop off point. This caused me so many problems and when I emailed to complain I was told that I had to request that with my order. Never had I done this previously. Emailed again to say I was very unhappy with this and had no reply back. I am now looking for another supplier.

Thank you for your feedback. We did reply within 40 minutes of your email, explaining that unfortunately as you didn't request your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour or to leave your parcel safe, DPD won't automatically deliver your parcel to your neighbour or leave safe if you haven't requested this. DPD will deliver your parcel to a Pick Up Shop if there unable to deliver your parcel so you can collect your parcel the same day. This is a DPD policy which we have no power over and always advise customers to make a note of their delivery preferences when placing orders.

Has been good value until recently when the min spend for free delivery went up to £45 which means that I need to spend more now of which wasn’t necessary or pay for the postage

We’ve recently taken the decision to increase our free delivery threshold from £40 to £45, which has been £40 since our launch in March 2018. Unfortunately due to rising costs we were unable to maintain this threshold. We believe we still offer great value by offering lower than RRP prices on 100’s of products and our generous loyalty scheme enabling you to save money on all purchases. I hope this helps explain.

Gentleman on end if phone very helpful and food came quickly. Unfortunately the only flavour in stock is not my dogs favourite so he has refused to eat it. He is very fussy and your dog food is the only one I have found he will eat at all. He eats the beef one very readily. He prefers human food!! He is a miniature poodle and very determined. He went 3 days refusing to eat so I have to give in in the end. Your service is excellent, v difficult for you if you can't get supplies.

Always prompt delivery but please don't pack in cardboard boxes! A hessian sack would be great, or nothing, just a label? Also the poo bags never came.

hi service was good package received damaged this carrier as got to be the worst there is every time they deliver its damaged also the one bag of food had a small hole in it allowing air into the bag not very good
