“Ordering and delivery process is excellent but the recent price increase not so welcome”

“I was told my delivery would be on the 9th. It was great to receive it on the 7th but then caused me a problem. I cannot carry parcels which is why i had it delivered. I then had to ask Matalan employee to carry my items out for me.”

“The product is great quality but the largest size is too small for my dog. Unfortunately Pet Warehouse don’t offer a returns service so I’m now trying to figure out how to get it back to them for a refund”

“Excellent dog bed, at a competitive price for the quality, delivered quickly. My husky is delighted. Compliments to Earthbound (Traditional Tweed Bed Steel Grey). Mypetwarehouse would have received 5 stars (+) except for the bold red text citing that the cost of return if necessary fell to me and tracking required (likely to be expensive for an individual customer compared to commercial rates), with no responsibility until the company received it. I can’t recall the last time I returned goods. But unclear if this applies to defective products/ incorrect product delivered etc. Should I trust a company that does not trust or fully respect it’s customers? In response I only ordered after checking that the bed was not available locally in stock, and due to concern raised I carefully checked that there was declaration that it was a second or return before ordering. Fortunately I received a new product in excellent condition. As such, and as the service was excellent, I urge Mypetwarehouse to review and change this policy. It belittles the quality of your product and service on this occasion at least.”

Hi Bryan, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a price increase from Eden that came into effect on the 18th of May we've had to pass on this increase. We aim to be as competitive as possible and to offer best value for money we continue to offer our loyalty scheme to give you further discounts and are currently offering a free gift with 2 x Eden 15kg. We review our pricing regularly so that's why there's been a slight drop in price from your July order compared with your August order. I hope this helps clear any confusion you had.
