“Happy With my order apart from the large bag of cat litter had split in the box, I can deal with it but would suggest some protective packaging perhaps.”

“I have always been happy with their service and still am, but it's the delivery charge that I find expensive. I do think at £5.99 it's too much and now I will have to shop elsewhere because of this, being a pensioner it's hard making your money stretch.”

“Excellent fast delivery service Have dropped a star purely because I placed my order for 2 x 15kg bags of Eden dog food only a week ago and paid full price ...(which has gone up £15 a bag since placing my last order 4 months ago)....and today received an email offering £2 discount per bag Also I always enjoyed the special offer of free poop bags if you spend over £100 which I always do”
