“Ordered a new 'Earthbound' bed for my hound, already had one so I knew what I was ordering. Pricing was very competitive, delivery was excellent. I'll be using Pet Warehouse again”

“Extremely prompt packaging and delivering of order. Parcels are very well packed in study boxes. I appreciate the various delivery options ranging from Royal Mail (My preferred) to using couriers for heavier parcels, easy to work out how to get a parcel to be just inside the royal mail weight limit - start with a lot and reduce qauantity till it moved the delivery options to RM. Less 'high street' brands but I buy cat food and want high meat content as its healthier for them and so very pleased to have found this outlet which caters to those brands.”

“Excellent customer service, when parcel had been lost in the post replacement sent out immediately and received the next day. My cat absolutely loves her new King Catnip toys. Would definitely recommend, and shall be ordering again in the future.”

“Bought 3 XL dog beds and 3 blankets and wanted next day delivery. The delivery was spot on - appreciated the next day delivery option and also the 5% discount. I thought the price points for the beds together with the delivery options were great too compared to other suppliers (including the manufacturer)!! ! A great purchase all round and I would't hesitate to purchase from My Pet Wareouse again.”
