“Initially parcel delivered to incorrect residence, MPH contacted courier on my behalf and eventually the parcel of cat food arrived at my address unopened and undamaged. MPH - Stuart was very understanding and helpful, problem resolved and both myself and the 2 cats are purrrfectly happy”
