“Really happy with the service from my pet warehouse, have had several replacement cushions for an earthbound dog bed but decided it was time for a new bed altogether. Chose the Snug & Cosy Heritage Tweed High Sided Orthopaedic bed which came well packed and arrived quickly and safely. It's a good quality bed with removable covers for easy cleaning. Our 8 year old lab seems very happy with it”

“I ordered 2 Earthbound Dog beds from My Pet Warehouse. It was my first order from them, their prices were very competitive and the ordering process was very easy. My order arrived via DPD within 48 hours, so very happy with the delivery process. Unfortunately I decided one bed was too small for my dog, so I immediately ordered the next size up, which also arrived with 48 hours via DPD. This bigger bed was much better so I arranged a DPD return via the My Pet Warehouse for the smaller dog bed. I did look on line at other couriers and they would all have cost about £12-14 to take the dog bed back, so the MyPet Warehouse / DPD return was cheaper at £9.99. I took the parcel to the DPD collection point and it reached MyPet Warehouse within 48 hours and the email notifying me of a refund arrived about 2 days later. So their returns process is very efficient. I emailed customer services once and they responded very quickly. Overall very happy with the service I received.”
