“The products are competitively priced and are delivered very quickly. My only negative comment would be the parcel packaging. On more than one occasion my delivery has had to be re-sealed/reinforced by the carrier and on one occasion items had ‘escaped’. My Pet Warehouse you need to address your packaging process!”

“I switched to using My Pet Warehouse after my previous pet food supplier, Get Set Pet, stopped trading. MPW are more expensive for the product I get, but they do discounts for buying in bulk and also give reward points so it works out ok, and also they are very efficient in terms of delivery and communication so I will stay with them now.”

“In Todays Lack Of Customer Service Society, dealing with My Pet Warehouse Is A Breath Of Fresh Air. Nothing Is Too Much Trouble And Any Orders Are With You With The Next Day Or Within Twio Days. The Products Are Top Class Too. Our 5 Dogs Love The Devini Dog Range, Which Has A high Percentage Of Meat Compared To Other Cheaper Brands.”
