“I usually wouldn’t leave a negative review however I have provided my feedback privately to Sweet Box via emails with no response… then I get an email asking to write a review following this link so here we are. I ordered some donuts for my grieving family member to cheer him up and they arrived like an absolute mess, like the box had been shaken up. It's really disappointing. Please follow up with your delivery drivers to let them know to take more care as it's pretty disappointing to receive - especially when it's a sympathy gift. Do not recommend this company.”

“I got different donuts than the ones in the image. The delivery was left outside in the 40 degree heat. No one knocked or even rang the door bell. After all that that donuts were stale. First and last time I order from here.”

“Hi there, I sent an email on Saturday and sadly had no reply. I ordered for a delivery to be sent on Sat 3rd of December and instead it arrived last Saturday. Whilst the product was fine, the occasion is the issue. I was very disappointed as I entered the correct date and it must have changed when I submitted the order. I still haven't heard back. Order Number: MSB67689”

“Packaging was really lovely but overall food was awful was not fresh only good thing In the actual box was the brownie but even that was hard for a brownie, for the price it is definitely wouldn’t recommend to buy, would be more sufficient to make your own box, just really not great was very disappointed in the outcome.”

“The delivery showed up at 4 pm on a Friday Fat load of good that was to the office staff that had stale donuts on Monday to eat. disappointing for the cost”
