Sadly the delivery experience was disappointing. From expecting a delivery between 8am and 11am - and watching via the tracking app that our box was collected before 10am, we didn't actually receive it until 5:45pm - a bit late for afternoon tea, and rather disappointing.

Was very expensive for the quality and presentation, Donors were not fresh at all very dry looked few days old nit eatable the next day . 9 donuts with a balloon and delivery $110. Paid $20 for delivery to get to the recipient by 2 pm , delivery never got there in time only 3 were eaten as no one liked them . Birthday girl had to drive back to work to pick up her delivery which was not a surprise anymore. Very disappointing and a waste of moneyo

I’m usually very pleased with this service. However on arrival, the delivery driver did not leave the box in an appropriate location. The chocolate box was left in the sun on a 32 degree day. When the recipient got the chocolate box, they had melted. The location sight has a reception where previous boxes have been left in the past. Extremely disappointed in the service this time.

The delivery driver didn't take good care of the box it was all messy when it was delivered (not like the photo on the website) and had a black hair on one of the donuts

The box itself was nice, it was what I expected it to be, nicely distributed chocolate. However, I’m disappointed with the state of the chocolate, a few of them tasted weird and the packet of maltesers were mouldy we couldn’t eat them. I was particularly concerned about the state of the other chocolate as well. It was clear that they were quite old. Please give fresh chocolate next time

This was a gift and my Sister in law was very happy - but no message/card? She didn't know it was from us until she had asked around. A little disappointing to be fair.
