Hi, I'm not sure who you want to provide a short review of the My Sweet Box. I ordered the Sweet Box for delivery to my son. You have sent the feedback addressed to my son but have sent it to my email the person who ordered the Sweet Box. If this is the case then you need to update the name to the Billing person and not the delivery person as this is quite confusing. Also when I was getting an update of the delivery status, again instead of attention to the Billing person me or person who placed the order (still me) you were addressing it to the Person (my son) it was being delivered to. Apologies but attention to detail does matter. I hope this assists you to send the feedback to the correct recipient or at least address the correct recipient's name. For information purposes, you cannot send it to the person being delivered to as we DO NOT PROVIDE this information in the order. So you may need to amend your feedback to the person who ordered the gift. Thanks Delivered on Time - No idea? If you mean the correct date then YES. Who made the delivery - No idea - You arranged this so you should know. Was the item damaged - No idea - As I am the sender not the person receiving it. Review the Bouquet - Cannot review the bouquet as I am the sender not the person receiving it. I hope that they liked it. Review the Balloon - Cannot review the balloon as I am the sender not the person receiving it. I did not get a picture of the balloon which would have been ideal and allowed me to provide feedback. The receiver did not mention the balloon. Submit as Michel C - This is incorrect as Michel is the recipient (receiver of the gift) and you do not have his details to allow him to provide feedback - This should read Submit as Sender (for privacy reason) - THE SENDER OF THE GIFT which is me the one who ordered it. Again - apologies but attention to detail does matter. I hope this has helped.

Contents was great but customer service was terrible. Listed mobile number did not answer and r reply to any text messages, resulting in the box being delivered a day later than desired

It ruined the surprise since the box had a clear top on it!! Wish it came wrapped or just not clear. The donuts are delicious though!

Donuts were good, fresh. However they were delivered on a hot day and the Donuts were not kept cool and arrived hot as the driver had them in the boot of his car. Thankfully I didn't order anything with cream or custard.

I had previously bought the Congrats Sweets Box and was very impressed. My second order was quite disappointing. The Chill & Netflix donuts were SOOOO small. It was not to the same standard as my previous order. I was also disappointed at how small the gluten free donuts were - and that they were all shoved in the same box as the Netflix & Chill presentation. It looked mess, rushed, and a horrible way for me to present to my Company Event.

Donuts were nice but looked very small in comparison to image online. Appearance wasn’t the same as the image, and I felt like the box looked a bit empty. Donuts tasted good, however a bit disappointed with the sizing and presentation.

The delivery came very late and my husband had already left work for the day. He came to work to find them on his desk the next day but by this time the doughnuts were dry. I would have liked to be able to ask for a delivery window so he at least got them when they were fresher. It makes no sense they get delivered at the end of the working day.

Donuts tasted nice. I was a little disappointed with the presentation. I bought a box of 6 donuts, 5 chupa chups, 4 killer python snakes and the freckled number 7. The box had too many empty spaces.

As this was the first time I’ve used your company I was disappointed that the donuts delivered were mostly chocolate where as the ones on your website show other flavours.

Very grateful to the team for assisting to quickly change the delivery address for a mix up on the form. However disappointed that the mixed donut vegan bouquet we ordered was not delivered but instead our friends received a random assortment of donuts and other desserts which we cannot confirm was vegan.

I actually bought this as a gift and had it sent straight to the company. I messaged my sweet box to get a picture of the gift but never received a proper picture. I think taking pictures before sending them out to deliver would be great for those gifting it to someone so we can actually have a look at what it looks like and also share on our social media.

The boxes are really expensive for what you actually receive, You can buy similar donuts etc for half the price. And then you have to pay delivery fees as well. Probably wouldn’t order again due to cost

For the price not bad, however delivered right on closing time, had been in the car since midday and was all melted and falling apart. It was wrapped in some Hessian material which stunk and made the food taste odd. Tracking tool for delivery is terrible. Probably won't order again unfortunately, ended up throwing it out.
