“Only buy seeds from them that you know have been released in the past year or so. They have a lot of seeds that are really old, especially anything on sale: Bought two packs from them, both duds. 0 germinated, even though seeds that I bought from other places that I germinated at the same time and with the same method had a 100% germination rate. Looked at one of the packs, they were from 2006! Eighteen year old seeds, no wonder they didn’t germinate. And who knows what conditions they have been storing them in for 18 years.”
“Neptune seed bank is just a broker for other breeders . Neptune is legit . I have been sending them cash foe packs for years and never had a hiccup. They take cards as well. If your dealing with a shady web site for seeds they almost alway only use zelle ,bitcoin or cash . Neptune is 100 💯 % legit. I have probably $5k in gear and a garden full of genetics to prove it. Neptune has zero to do with germination rates either. That falls on the breeder and the grower again Neptune is like most other seed banks he or they is just a broker and an affordable one I might add”

“Been a customer for many years and spent 1000's$ with this company and I'm done. They sent me all duds from Humboldt seeds company of Blue Dream. Now I've been growing for 26 years and they tell me it must be my germination method taking no accountability. This was my first complaint, but they've sent me garbage before that were old or just not viable. I recommend never buying Humboldt county Blue Dream seeds from them because those seeds had absolutely 0% success rate. The germination rates have dropped dramatically from this company overall. So seeds were no good, customer service was worse, and no loyalty or appreciation for customers spending hard earned money for years. I recommend buying from a Michigan seed dealer. We keep it honest over here.”

“Recently made a purchase of around $400 in seeds. They were shipped out in a timely manner but then after a week the updates stopped and the package seemed to be stuck in the mail. When I asked about it they said it wasn’t their responsibility. I guess they can’t read there policy because no where does it say a lost package is not their responsibility other then international shipping which this was not. Poor business skills. Have now heard this is a pretty common issue with them. Probably scamming people. Would not recommend not worth the hassle and lack of professionalism.”
“Received 20 Watermelon Sangria seeds and 0 germinated. I have never had an issue getting seeds from several other banks to germinate so I don’t believe the issue was caused by me. I believe they were just old seeds. Very disappointing as this is my favorite strain and I paid $150”
