“Easy to order / pleased with jacket just didn’t arrive when you / Royal Mail said - supposed to be Wednesday then Royal Mail changed to Thursday still didn’t come so they changed to Saturday and still didn’t come so despite having no failed delivery slip went to sorting office and they found today ( 5 days late ) don’t know what would have happened if didn’t go to sorting office ?”
