“Nice to get an introductory discount that was quite generous. Dispatch time was fine; order arrived within 3 days. Returns portal let them down: it's clunky, and the 'reserve the item you want to replace it for' feature didn't work for me, even though I was using the same payment card I'd initially used. If they got that sorted, it would have been 5*. Otherwise, pricing a little high compared to the competition, but they win on shipping costs. So all in all, these guys could work out for you, as they did for me.”
“I would test the sizes as I ordered a 4XL and it was small size guide said 50 but it’s not I ordered a jacket earlier in the year from you which was a 50 and it’s perfect”
“Gernerally, a good shopping experience. As a new customer, I got a generous discount off my first order; and shipping costs are better than others. Where I was let down was with the Returns process - I needed a size smaller. It worked OK, but the portal seemed clunky. At one point, when clicking an option, the page refreshed with the same page I'd just came from, so I ended up having to click the same option about 4 or 5 times before I progressed. (I did this several times in different browsers, and then on my phone; all had the same issue.) Then, I was offered an immediate replacement garment if I entered my card details - they put a hold on £1, but will either refund that once the returned garment is received, or charge in full if it isn't sent back within two weeks. This was recommended, in case they run out of stock before they receive the item you're sending back. Well, I tried. Three times. Using the same card I'd used in the first place. And each time, I got the same 'requires authentication' error message. So, in the end, I just had to send the garment back in the usual way, and hope they didn't run out of stock in the meantime. Luckily, they didn't, and now I have a good fit. So, I'm happy - but there's definitely room for improvement here.”
