“I was sceptical about an online only shop to begin with - there is no substitute for trying stuff on and feeling the quality. However after a few orders NFC aren't bad. The delivery is extremely fast. Customer service is great and returning is straightforward ( as long as you can still find a post office near by ).
The website looks good on first use but after a while you find there are numerous areas for improvement.
Product descriptions need work.
Sizing needs a lot of work, esp around type of fit.
Tagging or catagorizing items needs work - Using the filters/links often fails to return items you know are there - they can be found if you search explicitly but that defeats the purpose.
Design could be better. Stop bombarding me with upsells!
Please place the description of the product near the top so I don't have to scroll down past loads of yet more upsells to find if I am actually interested in the item.
Please please please add a wishlist. I tend to browse and add things to my basket over a number of days ( to keep your postage to a minimum. ) Yet the basket times out so a retained wishlist would help a lot.
Site often changes to display dollar prices instead of pounds, seems random.

“Some very good value sale items . Sizing was on small size though for a top. The return facility was excellent though , easily processed foc via post office while exchanged item could be ordered using the credit of return , even before the return was received.”
