“The jacket is very nice, I am pleased with it.
However the lead from the power pack used to charge the battery broke on the second time I used it. I pulled the lead out of the battery after charging it and the pin stayed in the battery, hence I am now looking for a replacement, in the mean time I am wearing the jacket without the heated element, which is lovely quality but defeats the purpose of the jacket.”
“Ordered a pair of boots in size 10 for Christmas gift. Was sent. A 9.5. Complained, and returned (quite easily) only for another 9.5 to be sent! Complained again and haven’t heard anything! Ridiculous especially when purchasing expensive item!!!”
