“The shopping was very easy 😊 however the delivery with Royal Mail was very bad. Due on Wednesday, eventually successfully delivered on the Friday 😡 The coat was smaller than I expected as the advert suggests ordering one size smaller than your usual size which I didn't 🤷 but I'm dieting so 👍 🙂 Unfortunately the hat is big and not adjustable or has ties so the slightest breeze and it would be gone. These are given as constructive criticism 🤗 maybe velcro adjustable would be beneficial for the hat 🤔 I called re delivery and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely understanding and kind. I would recommend your company and clothing but suggest other form of delivery.”

“Original Baleno Chelsea coat was way too big so had to return. The process was so simple (and free). I opted for a size down and a change of colour too as in reality I wasn’t sure about my original choice. Replacement sent very next day after receipt of return. Pleasure to deal with this company.”
