“Good quality garments. Quick and uncomplicated service, including returns. Friendly customer service. Dropped a star due to low stock levels with certain products and sizes. All-in-all, recommended though.”

“Very fast shipment and delivery, BUT no regular post option to the ROI (only courier services). To return an item that didn't fit, you have to pay the courier fee of £15 AGAIN, which isn't obvious at the time of making the order as the company promises free returns. It would have been 5 stars if there were cheaper delivery options and really free returns.”

“Making contact with Forest Clothing was simple (I chose by email) and I received a very swift response. It must be a very popular company as by the time I wanted to place my order for a different size - it was already sold out! Returning the item was straight forward, a reasonable cost to refund (postage deducted from the original item price) and money refunded to my account very quickly. An excellent service.”
