“I bought these trousers as part of a larger order and, while making my selection, I didn't spot that I'd selected the wrong size! I realised my mistake as soon as the arrived as it was plain that I would never be able to fit into them – I haven't been a 30 waist for at least that many years! So I jumped onto the website to organise a return and it really couldn't have been simpler; no quibbling over it being my error, simply log it on the system, repackage it in the reusable, resealable bag it came in and drop it off at the Post Office. A couple of says later I got an email confirming receipt of the returned trousers and then another confirming despatch of the replacement pair which arrived only a couple of days after that. All in all, I really couldn't ask for better and I'll definitely be back to New Forest Clothing again.”
