“My answer is in 3 parts - product, delivery and psot sale: - The product was excellent; of good quality and just what I expected/wanted;. - The delivery was very good (well within the 5 days quoted); - Post sale, the company has been too aggressive in pursuing me with demands for reviews/comments within 2 days of delivery. Back off, and give me time/space to enjoy my purchase; stop harassing me. I will tell you soon enough if there are any issues. By all means, come back to me in (say) 2 months (not 2 days) to elicit my views.”

“Very good company. Items were sent quickly, packed well and great items. Have used them many times and never disappointed. Items returned are sorted out straight away and any refunds paid back as soon as they have received them back. Absolutely no complaints from me”

“Cavalry twills are very difficult to obtain. So pleased to find what I wanted at the New Forest web site. delivery was faster than expected and I was amazed at the Quality of the goods supplied with particular reference to the price paid. Deserves the 5 star rating. All things being equal I hope the wear and tear will equal the first impression expectations.”
