“Yet again good service and a good priced item. Although not used a simple returns procedure is in place. I’ve just the company for a few years and they are hard to beat. Excellent customer service”

“Excellent experience shopping from New Forest clothes, the product was initially lost in the post the customer service were friendly and thorough in helping me get this resolved. When the item wasn’t found they sent over a replacement and the product was excellent.”

“Very impressed. My jacket was one size too big and so had to get it replaced. The original packaging was able to be self sealed and by just arranging the refund request on the Newforest website I was able to give the QR code to post office and job done ! My replacement arrived within 5 days. Happy with new coat !”

“Excellent company, I needed to contact them and they actually have a telephone line with a person to speak to at the other end...brilliant! I ordered the wrong item but they sorted my order out very quickly with a replacement no problems. If only all companys were like this......”

“Order a Jack Pyke shirt and wool jumper unfortunately the shirt was to small and exchanged it and I was so happy with the delivery time of a replacement shirt that now fits comfortable under my jumper couldn’t recommend new forest clothing enough”
