“Terrible company. Bought 1 freezer and 2 fridges from them and all have broken down over the past year. Products were under warranty but ive been waiting for 2 weeks for their service engineer!! I have called them at least 20 times and have sent them at least 10 emails but I am getting no response from them. Terrible customer service!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!”
“Shocking Customer Service!
Purchased a very expensive Rational Oven and Stand, at a cost of £7k ++ expecting a speedy delivery, given the name of the company 'next day catering', more like next week, month or never! I was informed the item was in stock and I made it very clear I needed a specific type of model, single phase electricity not 3 Phase. I communicated this via the order form, email and a telephone conversation. This additional info fell on deaf ears, as the first delivery, which arrived 6 days later, not next day, was incorrect, they sent a 3 phase oven, which I only found out about, after spending quite some time unpacking it. Even though this was Next Day Caterings mistake, I was told I had to re-pack it and have it ready for a courier. Getting that courier organised was also a painful experience, I won't bore you with the details, lets just say it took several days of back and forth; and many attempts to get through to their shocking customer services team, who never seem to answer their calls! Point to note, the oven was advertised with a starter pack worth £250, which never arrived with the first oven order. The 2nd oven arrived several days later (i don't live near or work at the unit, so I'm having to make special trips 1.5 hr round trips and take time off work!!), anyway, 2nd oven arrives, 1. without the starter pack, 2. without the detergent and 3 MOST IMPORTANT, without the necessary pipes, which means the oven couldn't even be used. I was promised the starter pack, pipes, manual and detergent would arrive today, but they didn't. The shocking customer service haven't picked up any calls, I've called about 6 times and emailed 3 times, even emailed the CEO...... tumbleweed!! I've spent £7k+ on a piece of kit I can't use, because Next Day Catering are completely inept and doing the basics of ordering from a supplier and tracking that order and providing a semi decent level of service to their customers. I needed the oven last week and it's now looking like my opening date of my cafe will be delayed, which is going to be very costly as I've spent a small fortune on advertising etc. I would strongly suggest you find another company to provide your commerical kitchen appliances, because Next Day Catering are not up to the job, far from it.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. Useless customer service. Accounts department don't reply to emails. Joke of a business! We have returned an order we placed on the 14th of November with standard delivery which says 1-3 on the website, and it never arrived so I called up and cancelled, then funnily enough it was being dispatched the next day, and turned up 10 days later. It's now 20th of Feb, all my emails chasing a refund and refusing to accept the 25% restocking fee have been completely ignored. We sent this item back to them end of Nov, and it's now 20th of Feb and they still have our money. DO NOT spend your money here under any circumstances. Should be reported as a fraudulent company.”

“Awful products. We bought a KING GST saladette for £1200. Broke after 4 months of use. 2 ear warranty purchased too. They came to fix it but couldn't as the quality is so bad it's not even worth it. Now being offered £450 instead of a replacement plus I have to dispose of it myself.”
“If I could give zero i would! This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They sent me the wrong item and didn't even seem bothered about the fact that it cost me money that I didn't have to spend if they had delivered the correct item. The customer services rep Kim was not very pleasant with her responses which left me feeling like my custom was not valued. Still waiting for them to collect the item. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!”
“Absolutely shocking customer service! I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this supplier. I ordered coffee machine and was fooled by their name and also the fact that they say they would deliver within 3-5 days in their website. I had to wait for 2.5 weeks to get 1 coffee machine to be delivered. Had to email their customer service multiple times and they are unhelpful and didn't do anything to speed up the delivery and incorrectly blamed the courier service (courier service did not get the order and the delay was caused by Nextday Catering and they blamed the courier service).
I will never order from this supplier!”
“Had the same experience as so many others - items not delivered and still waiting for a refund months later. Anything BUT Next Day. I ordered five sample sets of cutlery so we could choose one (thank goodness we did as several we very poor quality). Originally they said returns weren’t possible but then said they would accept returns but would deduct 20%. That was four months ago - posted bsck the cutlery, which wasn’t cheap to do, and STILL NO REFUND. Also ordered crockery which was delayed for weeks and weeks. Eventually gave up and asked for money back. Also still waiting for that refund, since October. I see many others have the same experience. They are just a bit cheaper than Nisbets - bit Nisbets actually deliver the goods!”
“If I could give no stars I would. It has been 10 months and I still have not had a refund or the product I am owed. I have called for months every week only to be told my case will be marked as urgent, but no one ever gets back to me. I have been out 1,275 pounds all this time and they have admitted that they are in the wrong. Then they go quiet on me. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen.”
