“This company has been extremely disappointing.
The name they use for their next-day catering service should not be used by them as they are the slowest. I ordered two standard tables with no customizations or complications from their website. The website stated that the order would be delivered within 5-7 working days. However, only 2-3 days after placing the order, I received an email informing me that the delivery would be delayed by 7 days.
After 3 days had passed without any email or communication, I attempted to call the company, but they never answered the phone. Even when I searched for other emails, I finally received an email stating that the delivery would be 7 days later.
After 7 days, the parcel had not been delivered. I emailed the company again, and they informed me that the order was still in processing and that they were waiting for the tracking number. However, I have not yet received the parcel. This is extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise against using this company if you do not want to experience such stress.”

“I ordered a freezer from Next Day Catering and they delivered the completely wrong item – a refrigerator instead. Mistakes can happen, but what followed was a complete nightmare. They do not answer phone calls, don’t respond to emails, and quite frankly, don’t care how urgent or serious your issue is.
I tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, emailed – not a single reply. The only way I managed to get any contact was through their online chat service, and even that was painfully slow and unhelpful.
Their customer service is non-existent, and their attitude shows zero responsibility or urgency. I had a business to open and this delay caused real losses, but they couldn’t care less. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – DO NOT use this company. Unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly careless.”
