“I had a two very negative experiences with two of the staff members at this company. The individual resorted to personal attacks and name-calling, which escalated to threats made against my well-being during a phone conversation. This behavior was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.”

“Don’t work with this company. They don’t deliver what they tell you. All you hear is all the sorrys and excuses in the world. Buyer beware avoid the loss and the lies.”

“My baby boomer uncle has had such an awful experience. Their "teams" for editing, marketing, etc. are all in sales. Nonstop phony, urgent needs requiring money for special deals were requested by people with heavy Indian accents and no last names. Anyway, he would decline and they simply would not complete what he had already paid for. He said no to paying thousands for "pre-orders" in an audio format. They dragged his job out hoping to get more money. They even mocked him saying, " What, you can't afford that one thousand dollars?" Work was sub-par and sophomoric at best. Awful people. Awful work”

“I was pressured to sign on but my manuscript was not ready. After 15 days I cancelled to allow time to finish my book. No work was ever done. I paid an advance and they now will not reply to my requests for a refund. No explanation. Stay clear of this shady company and others who may press you to sign on. Unfortunate experience!”

“So far my experience is mostly negative. I am giving them an opportunity to make things right. The product that they put out had flaws. Many promises not fulfilled. I think they pretend like they are in the United States, but they are across the pond.”
