“This is a Thank you for shipping my original order of Coconut BodyArmor and trusting I would return the 24 bottles of Core water sent to me by mistake. My delay in returning your 24 bottles of Core water was I had to wait until someone would take the return to a shipping depot for me since I could not lift the case of 24 Core water to put into my car. “I recently referred you to a family member and to my embarrassment,although they were told their order was shipped it was not. Then after calling customer service was told it would be sent on Friday it was not. Their money was held for weeks and then returned and taken from their account without notice again and then returned, in the end the order was never filled. This all transpired approximately a month. So while I am happy with your service I am not happy that I cannot share you with my love ones.”
