“I called on a Thursday evening to buy three packs of Mountain Dew for my dad‘s funeral service. I told the lady that I was looking to order it and she said that she was placing the order right then to ensure they have them in stock when I place the order. I place the order within the hour called back gave her my confirmation number and she insured me that it would get to me by Wednesday of next week. Sure enough that’s what happened :-) truly amazing customer service”

“It takes a loooooooooooong time for the package to get picked up after Oasis creates the shipping label. The shipping label for my package was created July 31, which was just one day after my order (things were great up to that point). But then the FedEx pickup of the package didn't occur until August 11 -- 8 business days later. That amount of lag seems excessive. Once the package arrived, the snacks were great though.”

“Earlier this summer I ordered 12 bags of Meyer Lemon cookies. Long story short, after sending several emails and being alerted several times that my order had been shipped, I finally received my order over a month later. Problem was, they shipped the wrong product. They shipped 12 bags of Key Lime Pie. The box was damaged and most of the cookies in the bags were broken. After sending a final email to them, they responded and said that I could return the shipment (at my cost) and they would send the correct order (yeah, right) or I could keep the wrong order and they would give me a 20% off coupon. At that point I decided to cut my losses and not make any additional purchases from this company.”
