“Usually a very good service but there are too many occasions when the bins are not emptied and overflow and we have to chase for a collection.”

“Overall the service is efficient. To consider 5 stars, I would prefer one or two more promptly attended phone lines, rather than lots of options to navigate through on the one landline.”
