Sent wrong colour of shoes, support are not ignoring me. Please can someone get in touch to resolve this urgently.

I bought a pair of trainers 13 December, for my daughter, they didn't fit so sent them straight back following their returns procedure. I noticed I hadn't received a refund so contacted them and they said I needed to wait ten days, I did, still no refund so contacted them again, they said its outside the ten day investigation time?!! they have you in a corner. So to date no refund, they are breaking the law and I am determined to get my hard earned money back from this scamming company. My husband runs a retail company and is appalled at their customer service and unlawful way of handling customers who are completely innocent and feel like they have been robbed from this disgusting company. Offspring rely on people not making a fuss. I urge all of you reading this who have been robbed to fight back and get your money back, don't stop until you do.

Beware: scammers! I bought 2 pair sneakers. Received 1 but never the other. Paid the import taxes and VAT for it. Offspring is extremely unwilling to help get me my money back (read: just contact courier company amd provide some documents). Be smart, never ever order here.

I ordered a pair of converse trainers in a size 8. The money was taken immediately from my account by OFFICE but I have yet to receive any order confirmation or any communication whatsoever I am bitterly disappointed. I paid in 25th November. I have emailed the company but I’m not hopeful of getting a reply. I am having real doubts that they are legit

Offspring have the worst customer service I’ve come across. It takes 4-5 days to get a reply and when they do decide to reply it’s not helpful in anyway whatsoever. They are extremely unhelpful, I placed an order two weeks ago for next day delivery and I’m yet to receive my items.

AVOID, there is no customer service number or live chat. You will be stuck waiting for Twitter replies or week long emails replies AVOID

First time I was buying from Offspring. Placed 3 orders and 3 different times. 1 shipped at my place and 2 to collect. Everything went smooth. My experience is positive so far.

Shoes never received, money not returned. Communication good but without result. I did everything right and still lost a lot of money. In no case make the same mistake as me. My first bad review in my life about a company. I feel stolen and powerless

Don’t order anything from this company. They take your order and money quick enough and then ignore any of your communications trying to get an update on its progress; then when it’s late advise that there’s stock issues and cancel your order without any other options. Very poor. I won’t be using again!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They firstly cancelled my order without telling me in anyway OR refunding me. Then, I stupidly decided to give them another chance (shoes were a great deal) and but I'm still waiting for them weeks later. The company is a pure scam, their customer service is beyond poor and I will now have to go through my bank to get my money back. Just avoid them at all costs.

I ordered and paid for a pair of Air Max 3 Radiant Red at 8:30am sat 28/11 (day of release). Offspring took my Money and I got a order confirmation email later that day. 3 days later Tuesday 1/12 I hadn’t heard anything so emailed offspring customer service who told me it can take 3-5 working days for dispatch. To place an order on Saturday and not receive updates is poor to say the least. Tonight 4/12 I’ve had an email to say my order has been cancelled and I will be refunded. I had seen the reviews on this site (post purchase unfortunately) and the many others who have experienced the same so can’t say I’m surprised and was half expecting it. No doubt somebody will be along soon to say ‘sorry stock situations can change between point of order and dispatch’ blah blah blah but at the end of the day size, end and others don’t have these problems. If you don’t have the stock then don’t take the money, simple. It seems like they have issues with inventory and their systems for managing stock availability. It seems like they need to address this and invest to bring this in line with what is expected by paying customers. As it is it’s an absolute joke and just waste of everyone’s time. An honest message and feedback for Offspring. I am but one customer, and you likely won’t care, but this seems to be a common theme at the moment and I’m not alone judging by reviews on this site. You really need to up your game and actually look after your customers. I will never use offspring nor office again and will be telling others about this poor experience. I buy at least 10 pairs of trainers and other footwear each year for me and my family. You’ve lost my custom and Ill never purchase from you again. It’s a competitive online market in tough times, so good luck if you keep this terrible service up. Stands out as one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve had. I’ll vote with my feet and spend my money with a retailer who appreciates their customers.

My parcels came very quick the whole process was very easy. Since the lockdown I thought that this would effect the delivery process but I had my shoes earlier than expected and at a very good price too.
