“Faced alot of problems with Zoey
1. Got charged twice on the website, but anyway wrote in to resolve and the response from CS was efficient and fast
2. Delivery is a big issue as it cannot be arranged next day as it falls on weekend? I consulted doctor on friday night, was told that delivery will be arranged on next day
3. Received email that mention that Zoey team will contact me on how to consume the medications but not stated properly that I myself need to go to my account to check out. Hence I waited for half day then I go and check my account.
4. If delivery can't be arranged on next day, it's very risky for people who ordered for emergency contraception. If so, why would I choose Zoey over clinic? Might as well queue at clinic and get medicine ots”
