“It was a very fuss free experience. Delivery of medication was within seconds. The admin support through Whatsapp was very prompt as well. However, I felt that the doctor consultation was a little rush. Doctor didn't really take initiative to explain more about the medication, side effects and other available options. It felt like he was there to just approve the dispensing of medicine and it didn't feel like a consultation. Would have appreciated him being more forthcoming given it was my first time trying out such medications.”
