“I tried to type out feedback on kiosk but unexpected short word max— frustrating got cut off. We had used the online preregistration, but it didn’t say that we only had 30 minutes to get there & we came from Molalla & we ended up taking about 32 minutes so we got a message as we were parking that they’ve given away our table. Thankfully, they did still seat us. So we arrived at 5:50 and gave drink order at 6. We did finally get breadsticks at 6:40 but they were quite dark so I did not eat those because I’ve had your breadsticks before & I know how they should be. She did not bring the ordered Alfredo sauce with breadsticks. When I asked, she said she couldn’t fit it all on her tray as she delivered a salad to a different table. Not cool! She then took another 8 minutes to come and bring that to us at which time burnt breadsticks were cold so had to ask for more. When salad delivered, no explanation that it was for four people with refills so the other people thought they were waiting for their salad. When we made sure to tell her each person‘s preference of salad dressing, not sure why she didn’t mention shared. No offer for more. 3 massive uncut chunks/wedges of lettuce. When the food finally got there 50 min after arrival —40 min after order, my husband’s food was not delivered. he inquired—finally got it 20 minutes later after everyone else was done eating, a full hour after ordered. The pina colada had still not been delivered by that time & we had asked a couple times about that, but she said the bar was too backed up to make it. Finally, after 70 min, I went to ask manager for help in bar. Manager said he could get help but drink was just delivered before I got back—75 min after ordering. And no proper large smoothie/slushie straw so couldn’t suck up, only water straw. Had to ask for spoon. Gave 10 dollar tip on $139 almost gave zero but she was sweet, even though incompetent. And their feedback only allows 2000 words which is just downright annoying. So you have to work harder to say what you wanna say in less words when there’s a lot of things that need work. Would not return maybe try again in a few years if the reviews improve. Why would they not have more help in the bar on a very busy night there was like 25 people outside, but when we came, there was only five. They need more help all around if they expect to take care of the people that are coming here and I’m sure they would have a lot more business if they bothered to staff appropriately because a lot of people don’t want crappy service like that. And I’m sure tips are lower than they could be. We did like the donuts. This once great restaurant has gone so downhill. Very stressful disappointing birthday. A few times we have come here to eat, but left because of the long wait time expected. And believe me it’s longer than they say once you actually get seated.”
“I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with steak. The steak was so tough, half of every piece was pure fat. I push the steak aside and decided to eat the fettuccine, well that was just as bad. It should have been creamy and it was very dry. I ended up throwing my entire dinner away. I will never eat at Olive Garden again. I wasted my money and ended up with no dinner. I would advise not going to Olive Garden if you’re looking for a good meal. I ordered it on September 1 and picked it up myself”
“I now know why Olive Garden has lost customers. Walking in to the restaurant the doors were all greasy and dirty. My sister used the restroom and said it was also dirty. We were seated in a booth where the table top was semi cleaned. Dishes and silverware had specks of old food on them and were greasy to the touch. Portions were smaller than usual and was kind of bland. My sister mentioned these things on her way out to the staff that was standing around. They didn't seem to care. OG was once a decent restaurant but now not at all.”

“When we arrived, there was nobody waiting and they said they would let us know when our table was ready. Droves of people arrived after we did and they all got seated before we did even though they were told the weight was 35 to 40 minutes. I got mad and we left and I probably won’t ever go back.”
“Took my daughter to Olive Garden , Phila. Roosevelt Boulevard. We haven’t been in a long time , so I decided to treat her.. BIG MISTAKE!!! The waiter was FANTASTIC so worth the tip we left him.. I had the steak Gorgonzola it was absolutely horrible.. steak was so so as far as being tender, the entire meal was so bland.. benign an Italian restaurant I expected to taste a little garlic.. Only garlic I tasted was the bread sticks. The sauce for the Alfredo was nothing but a flour and water mix you use as a base for gravy (rue) At least throw a piece of onion in it for Christ sake!!! A hint of garlic powder SOMETHING!!!! I ordered potato soup , two spoonfuls sent it back.. water with a few sliced potatoes .. take a lesson from Campbell’s.. salad was good.. the peach ice tea was good.. I never had anything so bland in my life.. even the steak was “ just “ steak.. my daughter ordered the chicken parmigiana, she said Meh, Ok , but a bit salty, but she said DOSENT taste like we went to an Italian restaurant, we didn’t even REALLY need the mints they gave us, usually you have to brush ur teeth or something after a meal because of the garlic.. I took the rest of mine home thinking maybe it’ll taste better after I heat it up NOPE!! The grandkids didn’t even want it.. The only thing I didn’t waste my money on was the tip , KUDOS to the waiter, wish I could remember his name , I was really taken aback & dissapointed”
“I've always liked Olive Garden very much. Both my mother and father loved Olive Garden, and we got their take out for each of their birthdays every year since 2020. That was the year when I lost my last family member and the last time I ordered from them until just recently. We always used to get the Tour Of Italy because they gave us a good quantity of each portion and used to come in this huge platter for take out in a huge paper bag. I ordered the same thing, Tour Of Italy the other day and instead of getting a big platter which you had each different portion of fettuccini, then spaghetti and lasagna. What I received was this little takeout box in a plastic bag like a Walmart bag that had just a half tablespoon of linguine, which wasn't even enough there to get a taste of it, very small amount of lasagna, and a little bit more spaghetti but not much! I ended up having to cook something else because not only did it not fill me up. I was still very hungry from the small portion. Very disappointed the price has gone off significantly and the quantity of food has gone down around 75%. Very disappointed after being a family favorite to feel like you've got ripped off and was still hungry after eating which was once their big signature dish. I don't believe I will order from Olive Garden again after them changing their quantity tremendously and raising prices so radically.”
“Spokane, WA Olive Garden. The waiter served my order incorrectly. Then she stated I did not hear your say you wanted a dinner serving rather than a lunch serving and walked away. I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli. The egg noodles were dry. I scraped the bottom of the little bowl and found a very small amount of tasteless white sauce. I will admit they did a very good job of marketing for us to find a restaurant which will provide what we expect. I am trying very hard to be objective while expressing complete dissatisfaction. Me and my 2 kids went in for dinner, got seated right away Wich was nice. After 1 last took our order she handed our table off to a young girl BritanyK, took her 15 min to bring our drinks out, no straws waiting another 6min for straws. My kids food came out, order was wrong but they just fixed it so no biggy. While they ate I waited for my salad that never came and by the time my food came out my kids were done with theirs. During that time no refills on drinks or bread so I told the guy Hector if he could just bag up my food because my kids were already done eating so he did. I won't be going back the quality had definitely gone down with waitresses saying "I got you" when I asked for something. Very unsatisfied.”

ALSO THEY SHORTED ME 3 BREADSTICKS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COMEIN A DOZEN WHEN YOU ORDER THE FAMILY SALAD. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION UNLESS IT IMPROVES DRAMATICLY.”

“My daughter worked at that restaurant for two years and despite being a child she gave her all for that job because she liked it, so much so that when I was in the hospital on the verge of death she spent the night taking care of me and then went to work but there is no consideration there, she even had to go when she was sick because they don't forgive even a medical paper, today the Christmas present they gave her was to fire her. Bravo to them and may God bless them for ruining their Christmas”
