“We went to the Olive Garden on 75th ave in Phoenix. We both had the soup, salad and breadsticks. I am someone who drinks a lot of tea. I told Krystal our server that I didn't like running out of tea. She made sure my glass was never empty. The meal was very good, the chicken gnocci I think is the best soup I have ever had dining out. The star of the time there was really Krystal, our server. She was very personable and was always right there when we needed her. I even stopped on the way out to let the manager know what a great ambassador Krystal was for Olive Garden. I told him to let her know I wanted her to get a commendation for going above and beyond what service I have normally received at other restaurants. Again, Krystal thank you so much, you made our lunch an amazing experience.”

Our only waitress Tyana . Was over and beyond friendly,Fast and excellent took care of us like here were only 6 people we never had to ask for anything she made sure all water glasses were filled, had enough of salad, breadsticks and she never had any help . And she cleaned off the table all so. She was never stressed out
Just clam, fast and good
Out dishes were cleared and table was free to open gifts
Food was excellent and we were all done within three hours

“Back in July, I just got to Lynchburg, VA to visit my sis and this was the first place she brought me. I can see why and it did not disappoint. Out of the gate OUTSTANDING service by Zack and the food (everything) from the bread to the meal was exceptional. Zachary was a true delight to meet and made our lunch even more enjoyable. I have to say, we enjoyed him as much as the food. And OMG the food!! I’m from MD, we have the best crab cakes, but you guys have the best Olive Garden hands down. The food, EVERYTHING, was 100% the best! I ordered all of my favorite and I had to call my husband in MD to tell him how good it was. Bread sticks soft and buttery, my Chicken & Gnocchi soup was the very best of the best (rich and creamy with lots of chicken that I could actually see and taste. I could not ask for a better serving of my favorite soup. Yes, I got extra to go. My sister loved her Zuppa soup as much and took extra bowl home. My meat balls were perfect! Please don’t change them. My sis got the new dish, which she love. We hope you keep it on the menu for sure. Again a HUGE thank you to Zach again for being such a delight and hats off to the chefs!! The food, all of it was exceptional. Your Olive Garden will be my first stop whenever I come to visit Lynchburg for sure.”
“My friend and I have eaten at the Olive Garden close to the Hulen mall in Ft. Worth 4 times in the last 2 or 3 months. The food and service is always great. Today we went and I asked our server if they do any thing for birthdays. He said yes. So the servers came out and brought my friend a piece of cake with a candle on it then sang Happy Birthday to her. It is wonderful that they do that for customers birthdays.”

“Olive Garden in Burbank once again did not disappoint! My visit was warmly meet by beautiful hospitality upon entry and immediate seating.
The wait staff and management worked together flawlessly, respectively and very professionally. I sat near the kitchen and notice how clean & well organized the kitchen was VERY IMPRESSED!
There was no yelling, loud talking, joking or individuals standing around. The team demostrated effective communication across the board.
