“We arrived at 2:00. Were told we'd have to wait even though he place was mostly empty and very few cars in the lot. Took us to our table at 2:10. NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE UNTIL 2:40. Our server was nice but everything took forever. We were there until 3:45. TERRIBLE! NOT going back and to make matters worse, I ended up sick, I believe from the salad. Vomited lettuce and the big D. I should have called the health dept.”
“Well, the food was good, but we had just served ourselves the salad and the entrees came out! We wanted to enjoy the salad and breadsticks before the rest came out! We noticed the next table had the same issue. Their table was overflowing with food and salad, etc. Just a thought that your servers should watch and make sure the customers are ready for entrees. Thank you.”
“Went with my family, waiter kept getting confused with our order, food took over an hour to arrive + my food was mushy and over-seasoned, ruined the whole trip because we were there for over 3 hours, never going again.”
“This was a go to place for us for many years last century in 90s, early in 20’s but gave it a last chance today-this one in allentown PA. Sorry, it is not the same any more-absolutely sub standard food, Servive is still great. It turn out to be the last time visit to OG.”
“Used to Olive garden had a mixed lettuce salad so u could at least pick out the iceberg and toss and still have some good greens left, now it's all tasteless no nutrition iceberg lettuce.”
“Went to Olive Garden Fair Lakes VA today and was disappointed. Took 3 tables and seats to find one that was half clean and we were one of the first customers. Silverware had spots also. Manager just brushed it off like nothing was wrong. Didn't bother to have someone come clean them. He was not customer friendly at all. Waitress was fairly good but didnt come back to make sure our food was OK, nor did she offer to fill water or ask if we wanted more breadsticks or dessert. This OL use to be very good but has definitely gone downhill over the last few times we have gone there. Good chance we won't go back again.”
“We ordered shrimp Alfredo and the sauce was bland and the shrimp was over cooked. The overall meal was not good as I was use to ordering at a Olive Garden restaurant. The food usually is delicious and tasty..”
“Not sure why in this time when more people are picking up orders instead of going inside. That the “car side to go “is so extremely slow. Not satisfied with the answer from management. If I go inside and order my food it will arrive at my table in 20 minutes. But, it takes 40 to 50 minutes to bring out the door. Looking for another place to eat.”
