“Usually 5 star. Product and packing mint but this time DPD let you down bad left at wrong address on a different street left behind a tree. When I got in touch with DPD that gave me a rough location not exact and I could get it myself or a driver would rectify. After 4 days and a couple of emails no joy. I was about to reorder with you . I got a delivery from the house owner he had to dry box for a couple of days after he found it. DPD not too bothered. Osgs always good. .. .”
“Great customer service. The product I bought was out of date so I phoned and the person in the shop was apologetic and really helpful. I got a phone call back about 10 minutes later and the following day a replacement arrived at my door.
Mistakes happen but how this company dealt means I will order from here again.”

Purchased elsewhere however a couple days later we got charged and received the items. Emailed the team, no response. Found a return form online however had to pay for shipping due to a website error.”

After a quick phone call to the One Stop Grow Shop the missing items were dispatched and a slightly larger tent than the one order was included at no extra cost.
